Chelsea's Pineapple Orange  Graduation  Cake


This cake was developed from a recipe found on All Recipes.com by Chelsea and JJ Tatum


Ingredients

1 (18.25 oz) yellow cake mix4 eggs2 (3.5 oz) pkgs  instant vanilla pudding mix1/2 cup oil1 (11 oz) can mandarin orangeszest of two large oranges or 2 tsp orange extract1 (12 oz) container frozen whipped topping thawed1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple



Directions

Do not follow cake mix directionsl or ingredients. Just follow these directions.

1. Drain mandarin oeranges and reserving the juice for latter
2. Puree tehe mandaring oranges in a blender
3.Combine eggs, oil, 1 pkg of vanilla pudding miz, orange zest or extract, cale ,ox. amd reserved kioce
4. Beat well for about 3 minutes
5. Pour into 3 ( 9 inch round greased and floured cake pan or 1 (9x13) greased and floured cake pan
6. Bake at 350F ror 25-30 minutes for round cke pans or 30-35 minutes for 9x13 cake pan.

Frosting Directions

`. Combine whipped topping , instant vanilla pudding mixm and drained crushed pineapple. I
